The S Quattro is a flexible mini external fixator for displaced comminuted intra-articular fracture dislocations of the phalanges.

The S Quattro has been developed as a versatile system to achieve reduction by distraction across the injured joint. The tension of the ligamentous and capsular structures created by the distraction helps reduce the bone fragment. In addition, the inherent elasticity of the system allows gentle controlled movement of the injured joint which helps mould the irregular surfaced and reduces joint stiffness.

The S Quattro system can also be used to treat compound phalangeal fractures by distraction, compression or neutralisation.
