"Most encouraging from these results is that anterior reconstruction alone using the No Profile™ STALIF C™ three screw device can reduce segmental motion to levels similar to that produced using conventional interbody arthrodesis augmented with anterior cervical plate fixation."1

2. Flexion-Extension (± X-axis)
Flexion-extension highlighted the least significant biomechanical findings in the current study. The intact cervical spine produced significantly more motion at the operative C4-C5 level compared to all other treatments (p<0.05). No other differences were noted between any other reconstructions (p>0.05)
(One Way ANOVA: F=24.14, p=0.000).
Flexion-Extension Range of Motion (Degrees):
* Indicates difference from all other treatments at p<0.05.
Error bars represent one standard deviation and significance is indicated at p<0.05.
